Ah, my first entry. Dobut that anyone will ever read any of this, but being an english major, I love to write out my thoughts. Most of my emotion gets poured out in stanzas and verse, however a new creative outlet now and then refreshes the spirtit . Today my long-standing girlfriend/finacee got a letter. You see, she was adopted, and like so many young people, she has a longing to find out who she truly is, and where she is from. Well this letter was from her birth mother whom she had been trying to contact for several years. Her mother informed her that she was the result of an affair. She has no way of reaching her father (it was a one-night-stand) and she has found herself in the middle of a torrent of emotion. I am a passionate person, and I love her very deeply, yet I have no idea what I need to do for her. I am not a passive person, so just being there for her has no weight with me. Alas, what is a 19 year old to do......How do I really love when she feels so despised? What am I to do......?
